• Delivery condition: the greenhouse is delivered clean and, depending on the season, heated (wood stove)

• Heating: 1 large stock of wood is available (clients are responsible for loading the stove)

• Parking: 2 cars are allowed on site (plenty of easy parking on the street)

There is no VAT, it is a property rental.

• 3. Cutlery + crockery
  Rental and cleaning of cutlery + crockery + glasses: 20€/person
  4 types of glasses: aperitif Champagne + wine glasses (25cl + 19cl) + water glass (33cl)
  3 types of plates: small appetizer plate + large main plate (flat or deep) + dessert plate
  4 pieces of cutlery: 1 knife + 1 fork + 1 large and 1 small spoon
  Nice paper napkins

• 4. Gazebo of 3m x 3m
  Rental of gazebo: 40€
  Rental of gazebo + closing cloths: 60€

• 5. Baby-foot table
  Rental of a retro wooden table soccer: 25€/day (only in summer)

  Modern gas stove with spare bottle: 25€/event

• 7. Atmosphere
  Candles on tables: fixed price 20€
  Candles on candlesticks (5 candles): 20€/candlestick
  Flower arrangement on tables: 10€/piece
  Flower arrangement in receptions: 25€/ bouquet
  Brazier on the terrace: 20€ with wood filling
  White damask tablecloths: price according to size (from 15€ to 40€)

• 8. Equipped kitchen
  Use of the large kitchen: 100€/event for 3-4 hours
  Kitchen located 35 meters from the greenhouse, in the main house, fully equipped and high quality (Miele) with an electric oven, a microwave, 4 induction hobs with booster, 1 dishwasher, 1 coffee machine (espresso, cappuccino, caffe latte), 1 electric kettle

• The hirer and his guests undertake to occupy the premises with due care and to scrupulously respect the specific instructions that may be given to them orally, at any time during the hire period, by the person in charge of the place.

• The hirer is fully responsible for any theft and/or damage to the equipment and the premises provided as well as to the personal effects of the guests.

• Confettis are not allowed and no grapes picking.

• The specificity of the greenhouse is such that the hirers cannot be held responsible for a small drop of water, or even a flower or a leaf falling from the snuffboxes or the vines.

• The greenhouse is not intended for dancing and loud music.

• The hirer take the bins with him after the event, a fixed price of 50€ is charged in case of non-compliance.

• The greenhouse does not provide any catering services.

A deposit of 30% is payable at the time of booking and guarantees the date. In case of cancellation by the client:

• one month before the event: full refund

• 15 days before the event: 50% of the amount

• less than 15 days: the deposit is kept

The balance must be paid one week prior to the event date to bank account or paid in cash.
